Let’s talk about using writing for healing, and growth. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. That can be true sometimes. I think words are very important too, though…the words we speak, the words we don’t out of fear or shyness, and the words we write.
I have been a writer all my life, with some publication behind me, and I hope more ahead of me. I was a writer long before I worked in social services (for many decades) helping individuals, couples and families, and long before I became a life and loss transformation coach.
So words are highly meaningful to me personally. I know that writing can help you heal, can help you move through the grief process in a way that really gives you an in-depth understanding, a way of expressing your love and loss, and a way to discover some peace. Writing can aid you along the road of many different life journeys.
Here are some pictures and some words to mull over. Writing is but one of the tools I help clients use in our coaching work together, if they are open to doing it, but Grief Writing is very, very powerful. I can offer you some guided writing exercises and projects that are tailored to your needs. This will facilitate your travel through your grief journey, help you lessen your suffering, and will get you on the path to your own healing and growth.
Let’s talk soon about coaching to get you through and beyond some difficult times, and to help you reinvent your life and your future. Consultations or informational calls are free. Why not make an appointment ASAP?
